If you would like your media returned on a dvd (4.7GB) or cd (700 MB) the first one is free; each additional is $25 for cd's and $45 for dvd's. If you would like your data transfered to another drive you can supply one or we can provide one for you (call for pricing).

Before you ship your media please print and fill out the following forms to send with your media. There is also a shipping label for you to print and cut out to send your drive with.

Hard disk drives (HDDs) can be critically damaged by static electricity, shock, and other factors, often resulting in additional drive damage. Use the following instructions for shipping and proper handling of your media.

1. General Instructions

STATIC - make sure your media is placed in anti-static bags before packing. You can typically find these bags at an electronics supply store (i.e. Radio Shack).

SHOCK AND VIBRATION - Shock and/or vibration can cause further damage to your media. To insure the media is protected at all times, package the media in a box with at least 2" of padding (i.e. foam, bubble wrap) on ALL 6 SIDES. Please do NOT pack with Styrofoam peanuts. Failures caused by shock and/or vibration account for one third of all HDD troubles.

2. Contact Information
As soon as we receive your media we will contact you if any additional paperwork is needed - so please include inside the shipped package the three forms located above.

3. Returned Data
After we have finished your data recovery it will be returned to you, whether that is another drive, CDROM, DVD, any other media of your choice or by FTP transfer.
