Residential/Home Office Rates

Service charges are billed at $45 for the first hour and $20 each half an hour thereafter. If we solve your problems in less than an hour, we will charge only a half-hour rate.

Small Business Rates

Service charges are billed at $50 for the first hour and $30 for each half an hour thereafter.

We do not charge clients for travel time if they are within a 30-mile radius of NIS2. Distances beyond 30 miles are billed at an additional $10.
